Day 35 - Calm

My ass hurts from bike ride, my legs hurt from Joe Wicks, I've done something to my back and my shoulder blades are on fire.  I'm falling apart!  I got up late again which meant I didn't have time to do my morning call with Mum.  Planning on sorting that out as she needs her morning boost from me 😍  Nice to be needed.

Our motivation is seriously lacking this week but we are managing to roughly stick to our schedule and getting the work done, when we understand it.  I'm not sure how much the kids are getting out of it and I keep making mistakes with the lesson plans, but I'm trying my best.  I've increased the break times slightly so that I have time after lunch to do some jobs and chill for a bit and I've introduced half hour of reading at the end of the school day, and I'm going to use that time to read too if my brain will actually let me absorb it.

The boys have also planned a couple of lessons.  Leo has done a P.E lesson for tomorrow morning (yay no bloody Joe Wicks!) and today Oscar planned a Calm lesson.  He didn't want to read it out, so I was still "teacher" and I made sure that we all took it seriously  😁

Reading time, which I am loving.  I have to test Oscar as he gets easily distracted but Leo is actually a good reader once he gets going.

I have a new Snapchat friend 😂

In the evening I tried to go through my t-shirt drawer but I ended up just folding them back up in the drawer they came from.  I'm sure I'll wear all of them again, at some point. 😄

Rob had set up a call with some of his friends so he was busy all evening having a catch up.  Hopefully they make it a regular thing.

Obviously had a go on Snapchat 😁

I face-timed with Sophie for a little while and then after my shower had a glass of wine with Saskia over FT.  Well the one glass turned into a bottle and I didn't even notice how drunk I had become.  I think because I spend the whole time just sitting down, laughing and chatting that I didn't notice until I ended the call. Sort of like when you to the toilet in a night club and realise that you're ricocheting off all the door frames.  Bad times.  I tried to go to bed but the room was spinning.  Really not good.  Haven't been that bad in years!  Well needless to say I ended up hugging the toilet bowl.  😪😪  It's not big and it's not clever.

Good memory 💕

It's going to be hard work getting through today, it's now Friday as I type this.  Might need a nap later as I slept on the sofa.  I'm up earlier though which was the plan. 😀💪
