Mr Mather

Just over a week ago a friend of mine died from cancer. I haven't seen or spoken to him in years but I miss him. It sounds crazy but I think about him all the time and wish that I would have picked up the phone or got in my car to go and see him. We weren't close but worked together for years and he just "got" me as Rob said the other day. He brought the best out in me work wise and gave me an opportunity that I wasn't qualified or experienced enough for.

I can't believe he has gone, and I am sad.
