On our last day, I really wanted to go to The Pancake House, so after we had packed everything and taken the cars back to the car park, we walked quickly to the restaurant, which had only just opened.
After we had stuffed ourselves full we went for a walk around and found a brilliant park to play in.
It was starting to get a bit cold so we walked back to the main Plaza to go swimming for the last time. :o(
Oscar fell asleep though so Mum and Dad waited outside having a drink before bringing him in with them.
Lots of fun was obviously had by all. Mum and Dad had to leave early as they were going out to a party but we stayed for as long as possible, giving the kids their dinner in the cafe by the pool before a little more swimming.
We were all sad to be leaving but already looking forward to next year!
The boys napped in the car on the way home and we had to go to Mum and Dad's first to drop off their bikes. We got there at 6:30pm which is when they were supposed to be at the party, and they were still home!
We left the bikes and went straight home to put the boys in their own beds, which is always lush. Surprisingly though, their first night back was unsettled, which I hadn't expected but it wasn't too bad.
I started the process of unpacking, putting on washing etc and then going to bed ready to do it all again the next day. It's a short holiday, but rammed with activity and we all enjoy it which is great. It's just a shame we have to wait so long to go again. I might try and convince Rob to take us for a long weekend in December.
