Guns blazing!

Extremely lazy entry coming up but I'm totally shattered and just need to get some entries done.

A normal Monday.  Ellis went to school, Mum came over, Oscar and I went to Sing and Sign, home for lunch, then play time until we collected Ellis from school, had dinner and went to Ellis' swimming lesson.  That's it!

Yippeee!

My new phone was sat at the local post depot and Rob kindly agreed to pick it up for me, so I put the boys to bed and got our dinner on.  He wasn't gone long and then I had the opportunity to get to know my new gadget.  I love it!  It's going to take me a while to actually work out all the different things you can do but I love that the camera is better on it so hopefully the pictures I post on here will look better now.

The next day I was busy learning about my new phone when I suddenly noticed that time had slipped away from me and we were going to be late for Leo's gym class.  I bundled the boys in the car and only missed the first song, so not too bad.

Just before I had to get ready to get Ellis, I walked into the living room to find this had happened!

We went up Mum's as usual for dinner, which was fajitas.  I always try to stick to just having two but I end up having three.  They are delicious and Ellis eats them too which is good.

The following day was the same as any other Wednesday.  Leo went to preschool, Oscar and I went to Music with Mummy and that's about it.

I don't know why this video is squashed like it is.  I find it funny though.

This week Leo's swimming lesson was brought forward to 12pm instead of 12:30pm which means that I can now take Oscar and Leo swimming together, before he has his lesson.  Will hopefully do that next week.  He did really well this week.

Once he was out, I went to the park area for a bit and he was very excited.  I saw him nudge past a little girl and told him to be more careful and he carried on playing.  The little girls Mum saw that I had told him off.  So he carried on playing.  Later on, on a little cargo net climbing thing, the little girl fell off, at just the same moment that Leo ran over.  I scooped her up, she wasn't crying, asked if she was alright and with that the Mum comes over with guns blazing!  She started having a go at me and I did my very best to keep calm.  She said I should watch Leo more (I was stood in the park watching, not sat at a table drinking tea like she was) and said that he had pushed her off!  I was stood right there, and she wasn't, and I said I would have told him off if he had done something like that, but he hadn't and the little girl was fine, not even crying.  Anyway it went back and forth, on and on and eventually she walked off, only for Leo to blow a raspberry at her!  She turned around and said "see!?".  Blood boiling right about now!  I let it go, but 2 minutes after she left, they closed the park as it had been reported that someone had wet themselves in it, which they hadn't! GRRRRR!

I left the leisure centre, red, blotchy and fuming!

Ellis' football was inside for the first time as it kept raining and football was being cancelled too much.  I took some pictures and videos but it was very tricky to watch him, and keep an eye on Oscar and Leo.

Friday morning I helped Sophie get Maggie to preschool as she didn't have enough car seats for everyone and then we were supposed to be having a cuppa and a chat but I think she forgot and had planned to do something else.  This then freed up my morning to do some housework, how exciting! NOT.

After picking Leo up I went to Sophie's for a cuppa instead.

That afternoon, Ellis went to his friend Noah's house for dinner, and he was dropped off at nearly 6pm.  He had a fantastic time and I received a very good report back about him, which is always nice to hear.

The only pictures I have from the day are not really worth posting, apart from this one of Rob in his new outfit for walking a golf course tomorrow.

His friend Mat is turning 40 and so Rob is going to Reading for some golf on a posh course and a meal.  I couldn't go as it would mean finding a sitter. Never mind, I'm sure he will have a great time.
