Grandad George B Day!

Sunday 6th was Grandad George's birthday so I got Ellis to draw in his card for him.

They came over just before 12 and we walked down to our favourite restaurant, yet again. I love it there. The food is always great and they are very kid friendly. Plus it's nice to have a walk and the kids get to go in the park usually.

We all had a lovely time. We gave Grandad his present at the table, but Ellis gave it to him saying, here are your shoes Grandad. :o)

I tried Leo with olives again but he still isn't that keen.

After we were all full and the bill had been paid, we started to walk home. Rob had driven down as he wanted to get his car washed in Sainsbury's car park so he wasn't with us. We walked back through the park and we decided to stop and let the boys have a play. We stayed for ages and the boys had a brilliant time. Thank you Nanny for some of the pictures.

At home the boys went to bed and we sat around for a bit. Everyone went home and then Rob and I just relaxed until the boys woke up. They had slept really well.

We played around together and had a small dinner before it was soon time for them to go back to bed.

Yesterday Ellis was back to school. He was excited to go and Ethan was back from his holiday so he was pleased to see him.

I used my time with Leo to do some reading with him and then when he napped I cleaned the windows and washed the net curtains.

After lunch the boys slept and I did more house work. Boring stuff.

Today has been a busy day and I feel like I have achieved quite a bit. First thing this morning we went to the post office and then we went and did the food shopping. The boys were so well behaved sat in the trolley together, it was actually a pleasure to do!

Back at home I set the boys up with lunch and I put the shopping away and had my own lunch.

Then our living room turned into X-Factor and Ellis and Leo showed me their singing and dance moves. It was so cute and really good fun. I even got up and danced around too.

The boys went to bed and I cleared up from lunch and the toys from the morning session. At 2:30pm Naomi and Iestyn arrived for Mummy afternoon which was at our house.

For the most part it was Charlotte, Faith, Honour, Naomi and Iestyn. Ellis and Leo woke at 3:30pm and the kids had fun playing around.

Later on Sally and Anna come over too. It was very lively to say the least and I think Ellis got over excited. Unfortunately it was raining so they couldn't go out in the garden.

Naomi has chipped a bone in her ankle and is unable to drive so I offered to give her and Iestyn a lift home. Charlotte kindly fed the boys their dinner while I zoomed Naomi home. When I got back, everything was under control and the boys had eaten really well. I think Charlotte could cope with more kids, definitely ;o)

Right, I'm now up-to-date! Hurrah!

Tomorrow I'm going to start a new thing. On lots of blogs I read, they do a post on a Wednesday that is called Wordless Wednesday where pictures and videos are posted. So I'm going to start doing that. Tomorrow will be pictures and videos taken from Nanny George's camera on Sunday. If it ends up being a naff idea, I will stop.

I have a busy day tomorrow so it's probably a good thing. The boys have the dentist first thing, then I'm hoping to see my Mum and Dad who I haven't seen in ages and my Mum has broken her finger so would be nice to give her a gentle hug. Then I have to take Ellis to school at 12pm, get home to give Leo his lunch then pick Ellis up at 2:30pm and he then has a new music class to go to at 3:30pm. It is with the same teacher but he will be left with her and I won't be doing the class with him. I'm actually quite sad about that.

In the evening I'm going to the cinema with my buddy Lucy to watch Sex And The City 2. Exciting stuff!
