The boys fell asleep in the car on the way there but woke up shortly after. They played with some toys and Leo just generally caused havoc. He was scared of the their dog Alfie though so that didn't help his mood.
We didn't stay too long and on the way home I mentioned to Mum about the great viewing point by the airport, which we were passing, and we decided we would stop for a few minutes. Little did we know we were in for a treat! ;o)
Basically we saw 2 planes land, 5 take off and a helicopter whiz down the runway, all in about 20 minutes!

I know most of you think I'm sad but I do love it. I try to get the boys excited about it too which is nice. Luckily, Leo slept the entire time we were there which was great as I stood outside and Ellis sat with Nanny and there was no winging or anything.
We dropped Mum home, and went home for the usual routine. We had a lovely day out.
