The roads were pretty bad but we did go the down the little lanes rather than sticking to the main roads, but the new car handled it fine.
We arrived, parked up and only just made it to the clinic in time for our appointment. But we were left to wait for 15 minutes anyway.
We were called in and after signing the declaration form we immediately saw little Nugget on the screen in 2D. The 2D scan went on for a nice long time and we got to check everything was okay and she confirmed that he was definitely a he.
She also confirmed my suspicions that he was in a breech position. ARSE!
We tried for a while to get a good 4D pictures but unfortunately there was just too much stuff in the way and so she asked me to go for a walk, get a drink, use the loo etc to see if we could get him to move. It sort of worked.
I got back up on the bed and we did the scan again. This time was slightly better and we were able to see his little face with hands and feet in front of it. Here are the pictures and videos that I can post.
At one point he gave us the V sign which was very funny.
We had to wait around for 20 minutes for the photos and DVD and Rob brought the car to the door as it was very cold outside.
We got home and showed Dad and Uncle Dave the pictures and then everyone pretty much left us to it. Ellis wasn't interested in looking at the pictures and I wasn't going to force the issue.
Busy few days coming up, weather permitting.
